Equipment & Vehicle Spotter

Training for equipment and vehicle spotting techniques to ensure safe operations around heavy machinery and vehicles. Critical safety training for equipment operators and spotters.

This training takes the student from the classroom, where they learn the standard signaling used in industry, to the outdoor environment where they practice the signals. It is essential training for both spotters and vehicle operators.

• Hierarchy of Controls
• Equipment & Vehicle Incident Statistics
• Spotter’s Responsibilities
• When is a spotter needed
• Common tools used by spotters
• Danger zones
• Hand signals (In class and practice)
